I'm pleased that white lilies were included per my special request and that they were left in a safe place until she got home. I also appreciated being notified they had been delivered. Ordering from put of state can be difficult because you never know what your actually going to get ! I was very happy with the service and the email telling me that some flowers were put of stock and was asked of other flowers could be substituted .
