Although the arrangement was pretty, it was about a third of the size of the arrangement that I ordered nor did it have the card with the note or who it was from. When I saw a picture of it I was very disappointed. Thankfully the person that I ordered them for was just happy to receive any flowers at all. I do appreciate the same day delivery and the phone call stating that there would be substitutions. I will not order flowers sight unseen anymore.

I am sorry you were disappointed in the arrangement. The card was with the flowers when we delivered it to the hospital. Otherwise how did they know who was supposed to get them.
I would have replaced it with something else. You are right the vase was 1 inch shorter than the one in the picture. I added more flowers because of the 1 inch difference. With this covid thing going on I cannot access all the vases and flowers that are shown on the web page. Sorry.

My husband surprises me with flowers from you...I love the arrangements & get many compliments! I even started to use LB for things like Mother's Day. One thing that would be nice, is if a picture of the finished product could be sent to the person billed. Especially if the order says it has to be altered due to flower availability. That is all....other than that I enjoy your talent with flowers!

During this trying time with the coronavirus my suppliers were not ordering all the flowers that I ordered to complete my work load. I placed my online order this morning. I sent a arrangement to my granddaughter in Washington state. Mari Lee called me soon after because she didn't think she would be able to get the daisies. I let her know what I wanted and she gave me some great ideas and said she would get it out today. My granddaughter loved the flowers! To my surprise, she was able to get daisies The arrangement was perfect!

The only complaint I have is my last name was spelled wrong on the card and in your email. It is LYNCH not Lynch!! The flowers are beautiful and I appreciate you accepted a long distance call order. It was scary to order funeral flowers as an expression of our family's love from so far away knowing nothing about this business or being able to actually see them.
